2009 Theme for Special Entries The 2009 Creative Arts Theme is “Let Freedom Ring”. The theme entries should depict any item, being or thing concerning flags or freedom. All divisions of Creative Arts are included in this competition. Winners will be selected from each division and will receive special awards. |
