Special Rules |
| |
| 1. All entries in Ceramic Arts are subject to the General Rules & Regulations of the Creative Arts Division as published
herein. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. |
| |
| 2. Each exhibitor may enter one (1) item under each category Chairman reserves the right to limit entries according to space available. |
| |
| 3. All entries must be hand-crafted, and must be entered in the name of the artist. |
| |
| 4. All entries not free-standing MUST be equipped to hang or accompanied with an easel. |
| |
| 5. A Professional is considered any person who is now, or has at any time in the past, been involved in selling,
teaching, or has owned a shop related to the craft. Under no circumstances may these persons enter as hobbyist. |
| |
| 6. If an entry has non-ceramic decorative attachments (such as flower arrangements), they must be removable for judging. |
| |
| 7. In judging articles for Ceramics, consideration will be given to: |
a) Appearance/Appeal, b) Finished Seam and Bottom, c) Detail, d) Technique, e) Originality, and f) Workmanship.
