MISS PERMIAN BASIN FAIR & EXPOSITION SCHOLARSHIP PAGEANT

Please make your schedule allow for the following dates and times.
Everything listed is Mandatory.

DEADLINE TO ENTER: FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, 2009

Orientation & Practice -	Saturday, August 29, 2009 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. To Be Announced at a Later Time! Please wear something cool and comfortable (tennis shoes). Mothers are welcome to stay and watch the practice. This is when you will learn your dance routine, practice your turns and order of pageant.
Rehearsal -	Thursday, September 10, 2009 6:30 p.m. Ector County Coliseum (Come in the Main Fair Entrance) Bring the shoes you are wearing in the Pageant to practice on stage. The pageant and rehearsal will be in the tent just inside the main gate entrance of the Fair.
Judges Interview -	Saturday, September 12, 2009 Odessa Regional Medical Center Hospital 515 North Adams St., Odessa, Texas 79761 Go in the sliding glass doors on Adams Street, someone will greet you there. Your time will be given to you later.
Pageant -	Saturday, September 12, 2009 7:30 p.m. (be there by 6:15 p.m.) Come in the Main Gate of the Fair and take your clothes to the dressing room inside the annex of the coliseum.

Please don't be late for any of the practices. We have a very limited time to practice.
