The Odessa City Council enjoys the great relationship the City has with the Permian Basin Fair and supports all its activities, from Fun to Scholarships. Over the last 11 years the City has contributed more than 1 million dollars to the Permian Basin Fair as a major community event in our City. We truly hope our citizens and visitors to our City enjoy the event this year!
