Permian Basin Fair & Expo Returns for 2025 with
Big Talent, Big Fun β and a Big Mission
The Permian Basin Fair & Expo is back for its 49th year, promising 10 days of unforgettable family fun, exciting entertainment, and a strong commitment to giving back to the community.
Running August 29 through September 7, the 2025
Fair will once again bring the sights, sounds, and spirit of the West Texas
lifestyle to life with livestock shows, creative arts exhibits, a thrilling carnival, unique shopping and food vendors, and so much more. It's a celebration of heritage, youth, and community β all wrapped into one exciting event.
At the heart of the Permian Basin Fair & Expo is its mission: to support youth and education by awarding scholarships to deserving students across the region. Every ticket sold, every funnel cake eaten, and every ride taken helps support this mission.
"This isn't just a fair β it's an investment in our future," said the Permian Basin Fair & Expo President, Chad Martin. "For nearly five decades, we've provided a place where families can come together, traditions can be celebrated, and young people can be inspired and supported through scholarships and opportunities."
This yearβs fair is packed with entertainment for all ages, including:
Live Music & Performances Daily
Carnival Midway & Rides
Petting Zoo & Specialty Acts
Creative Arts, 4-H & FFA Exhibits
Shopping & Local Vendors
Food Favorites from Across Texas
The entertainment lineup features a variety of regional and rising artists from August 29 through September 7, including regional favorite Johnny Blaine, and returning will be Will Wesley, Cornfed Cadillac, Lia Graham, and many more β offering something for every musical taste. Debuting this year will be College Station rising start Ryan Hunter. Hunter has been touring all over Texas and will make his stop here at our fair.
From showcasing the talents of local youth in agriculture to awarding over a million dollars to date in scholarships, the Permian Basin Fair & Expo has grown into one of the largest and most impactful annual events in West Texas.
This year, we invite everyone to celebrate 49 years of Western pride, community spirit, and family fun. Whether you're coming for the rides, the music, the food, or to support local youth β there's something here for everyone.
